Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is 102 stories tall. From 1931 to 1972 it was the tallest building in New York City. After the destruction on the World Trade Center in 2001 it again became the city’s tallest. Floodlights sometimes illuminate the top of the tower in different colors, with the choice of colors dependent on the public holiday. Special events also receive floodlights. More than 30 people have committed suicide off of the Empire State Building, and a fence was erected around the observation deck after five people attempted to jump in three weeks. This is a 3xHDR merged with HDR Darkroom and touched up with Adobe Lightoom.
