Eyes of the City

Not surprisingly, there are a lot of windows on the island of Manhattan. With so many people in this city it always feels like someone is watching you. That’s how I feel on occasion when I walk past a long row of windows. I wonder if someone is doing what I like to do: taking a brief break to lean back in their office chair and engage in a spot of people-watching. I guess this can be viewed either positively or negatively. Either paranoia can set in, or if you’re like me you can feel safe knowing that in this great city there are always people around watching out for you!
