FDNY Fire Truck

The Fire Department of New York, or FDNY, is responsible for protecting the people and property of New York City primarily from fires and fire hazards. Other responsibilities for the organization include protection from bio-hazard leaks and providing medical emergency services, to name a few. The motto of the FDNY is “New York’s Bravest”, given the wide range of tasks undertaken in a city as unique as New York. There are approximately 11,600 firefighters in New York City, and 3,200 medical workers. 343 such workers lost their lives in the tragedy of 9/11. This is a 3 x HDR touched up with Topaz Adjust.
