Moving Art

There is a moving truck that I have seen outside my work only a handful of times. This truck is coated in colorful grafitti and is something I have wanted to photograph for a long time. The few times I have seen this truck I have been without my camera. Trust me, that this in itself is a rare enough occurance. This truck has become my white whale of photography. The truck in this photo, then, would be the brother of my white whale truck. I had just left my apartment yesterday morning and was very excited to find it, unattended, on a rather quiet street. I spent a fair amount of time trying to capture the truck at different angles and lengths. I eventually made it in to the office and started to count down the minutes until I could get home and play around with the photograph processing. Hopefully soon I can photograph my white whale, but for now I was pretty happy with this find!

There’s a truck similar that I always see in Midtown West, need to track it down and photograph it. Nice find!
